About the Author

Charles LeBeau was once an aspiring jazz musician a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Since landing in Japan in 1982, he has taught in both the university and corporate worlds. Currently, he is chief instructor at NIC Tokyo, conducting its two-day Power Presentation and Power Negotiation seminars. Charles is co-author of several books including Speaking of Speech, Discover Debate, Discussion Process and Principles, Getting Ready for Speech, and Listen Kids. —– David Harrington has taught English to speakers of other languages for over 15 years.
